The process continues to concept, design development and documentation, monitored by internal design reviews and then to client signoff milestones.
Whether Hospitality, Workplace or Residential, the process in principal follows the same process.
Collaboration with the consultants and contractors is vital to the success of the project. We undertake all projects with this in mind, allowing us to progress the design through to delivering a coordinated set of construction documentation, whilst tracking the program and cost outcomes to produce a timely, viable and cost effective solution. Our expertise in selection and scheduling of the fittings and fixtures is strengthened by our local and international product knowledge and ability to produce professional specifications, including tender specs and BoQs for items, and loose furniture and fit- out

QUALITY CONTROL
During the final stage of the documentation process, the construction drawings undergo a final review by our inhouse QS. This is our last line of defense to ensure clarity in the design detailing, and smooth communication between the designer and the contractors at site.

BOQ SERVICES
We can offer BOQ services for Tender issue, in accordance with the interior design construction drawings. The measurement of BoQ’s are generally be in accordance with the Principles of Measurement (International) to suit the local interpretation. The BoQ’s include sections for Preambles, Preliminaries & General and Measured Works.

CONSTRUCTION
We offer Post Contract project attendance Services, reporting to the Project Manager on an agreed basis to ensure that the construction at site is following the design intent. Our role is to address any needed modifications / design amendments developed during the construction process. Co-ordination of the furniture manufacturing is critical and an integral part of the process. We offer Full or Part-time attendance, which would continue throughout the duration of the construction period finishing with FF&E styling.

FF&E PROCUREMENT
FF&E management is a critical element on every project, and is often the main cause for schedule and budget overruns. We work closely with our Clients to provide the required oversight to manage the entire FF&E process from budgeting, selection, bidding, and procurement, through warehousing (if required) delivery and installation. We will ensure all FF&E issues are addressed and the process is coordinated with the construction project timeframe
